It's not like that me and my other tank like to have a monopoly on all the plate gear from raids. We haven't had a plate dps in our guild in about 3 years now.

-Bear Druid (with resto off spec to switch spots with the holydin when a protadin is more favourable than a bear)
Heals
-Disc Priest (with a holy or shadow off spec)
-Resto Druid (with kitty or boomkin off spec for 2 heal fights)
-Holydin (with a prot off spec to switch with the bear tank when a protadin is more favourable for a fight)
DPS
-Hunter
-Mage (shares FM with the lock
-Lock (shares dark intent with the mage
-Rogue

10 people who plays as well as me, or 10 of myself
but on a serious note
i'd go with the easy tanks -> feral druid and prot paladin
healers -> 1 priest either spec, holy paladin and i'd say a druid
dps -> whoever plays the best, skill + knowledge + awareness > class combos
