If you have anything to back it up I would love to see cos I've been under the impression that it just boosts casting speed as it's Spell Haste, not flat haste. I hope I am wrong with this as it would be handy for affliction possibly at 85. I may well be wrong and read other mis-informed peoples posts and if so I apologize for spreading untruths about it.

Just cast immolate while you have the imp soulfire buff up and you should get an extra tick/conflag will hit harder.
