Most Overpowered PvP class

Hi there all

Since another poll forgot to mention certain classes, I thought I'd make my own poll.

Which class is as 4.01 the most OP PvP class?

I'm not talking specs here, I'm just talking the most OP Class in general - when specced the best possible PvP spec for that class.

I'd say mages for several reasons.

1. I play a warrior, so it's a given that I don't like mages and never have - atleast now I get killed faster than ever so I guess that it's a good thing they got buffed, so I don't have to wait that long to get killed by em.
2. When I look at my friends playing their mages I just realize how easy they have it againts almost all classes - if they play it right, they are almost impossible to kill. The worst part is that they are agreeing to the fact that they are totally and completely OP.

Anyway lets see what people think.

Mages? Are you serious? Paladin and shaman healers are by far the most overpowered classes at the moment. Not only is their survivability increased by a mile but Blizzard nerfed all MS effects aswell so they're impossible to kill.

But if you consider DPS only, I'd have to say locks, spriests, fury warriors and feral/balance druids along with ele shamans are doing better than mages.

Mages have their OPness, but ret paladins are probably more overpowered. When I have 1200 resilience and Barkskin popped and he has the Tyrannical Beheader and still hits me with a 14k Templar's Verdict, there's something wrong here.

To all the people saying that Mages were free kills prior to 4.0. You need to get your facts right. (good)Mages have been a dominate force in pvp since vanilla.

Vanilla-ZHC-Arcane Power-Presence of mind-Pyro. 1 kill every 2 minutes that was inescapable.
BC-Frost Shatter combo
WotLK- Shatter combo, Arcane Blast, PoM Arcane Blast

I'm not saying other classes aren't equally broken right now, just don't think that you "deserve" to be broken for a while.

Yeah Im a mage and do awesome damage now but those 80k AB's will be nothing in Cataclysm ;D

Mages and locks, 10k ice lance crits onto 1.3k res still happen, they also have way to much survival for the DPS they output, same for locks for the INSANE cc and damage. Pitty i cant vote twice.

For some reason I don't believe you. You know why? Cause my templar's verdict crits 14k with shadowmourne and bis pvp gear except for second trinket. Thats on a 1.2k resi+ target. How he can do 14k with that weapon with barkskin up is not possible.

That and thinking 14K damage is alot =/.

I got hit for 21.5K from a mage. Not saying nerf them but good lord.

I call Bullshit on that... Especially with the recent resi and TV nerfs... Also if you think 14K TV is high clearly you have a bias for ignoring 21K arcane blasts and what not... ?
