Online lore progression

Hey guys!

I wrote in my best english, so sorry if there are mistakes.

So here's the idea. Basically it would be a way to include lore developement in wow by adding some kind of "notes" in the archeology system. Those notes would give you informations about a specific character or event.

The way the notes are generated would be random.

Here is a little example :

Let's pick a character, Garona, and get her to be in Twilight Highlands. When you check your archeology on your map,if you're lucky enough to get something to survey in TH you may find a note about Garona's whereabouts.

These informations would be updated weekly, and there wouldn't be some avalaible all the time for all characters.

that would go against the idea of archeology, digging up recent or current things and all.

BUT, i like the idea of informing people of whats going on, maybe instead of picking things off the ground there could be bill boards in active hubs that show the news when clicked, this would avoid shoving information down the throats of those that dont want it, and acheiving a purpose.
