Are there level requirements in order to train the new recipes for Cataclysm (ex: have to be 81+)?
For example, my priest is an enchanter, but I will likely not level him first. Is still going to be possible to get his enchanting up without getting him above level 80?

It has been possible in every expansion up to now so I don't see why it wouldn't be possible in Cata.

i think you need to be at least 75

Think the requirement for the new level of Profession in Cataclysm, which is Illustrious or something is level 75

Then either get into beta and check for yourself or call someone at blizzard and ask FFS.
