Captcha not working in Firefox?

I wanted to retrieve my password, which I'd forgotten, and was constantly confronted with the message that the code wasn't correct. After a couple of attempts I tried it with Internet Explorer, and it worked right away.

Perhaps it uses some plugin which you don't have installed for Firefox. E.g. Java, flash, etc.

Edit: Just checked, it works fine for me in Firefox.

I could see the captcha, I could listen to it, and it looked the same as in IE - I'm a webdeveloper, so I know pretty well how these things work... ;-)
