Tracking bugged

Since 4.0.1 patch I've been having trouble tracking anything(Trainers, Mailbox, Beasts, Humanoids, etc.). When I select a Hunter specific Tracking it just deselects itself immediately, and when I select a general use Tracking, eg. Mailbox it stays selected, doesn't show up on minimap, and if I close and reopen the menu it's deselected again. It only worked 1 day since the patch, and in that day I didn't do anything with my addons and settings.
If anyone has a similar problem and found a solution please share it. I have a lot of addons and disabling them by turn to see which one is causing it is my last resort if no one here knows anything about this.

The addon I was using in 3.3.5 broke my tracking too, so I had to disable it for about a week until I found this: zBrokerTracking

The minimap addon I use has the tracking thing built into it, and works perfectly. PocketPlot, by Seerah.
