Who we are:
We are a collection of dedicated and, most importantly, fun individuals who love playing this game, taking on challenges with like-minded, skilled individuals. Phoenix has a very long history of raiding. Our roots stem back to TBC. We came into Wrath of the Lich King and poured our full resources into Heroic Mode content, which rewarded us with excellent success. Over the past 2 years we have evolved into a fiercely competitive guild, capable of balancing the demands of the real world and that of World of Warcraft Raiding. We are by no means extremely hardcore, but we class ourselves as mature raiders and our raiding times reflect that. We only raid 4 days a week. Because of this our members are able to be relaxed and prepared for raids, and this builds upon an excellent atmosphere for that eventual kill.
Raid times:
Our current scheduled 25 man raids are between 19.45 - 23.00 (server time): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Progression
Progress in WOTLK: 25 ICC is 11/12 Heroic, and 12/12 Heroic ICC 10 + 1/1 Halion 25man + 1/1 Halion 10 heroic (server first)
Cataclysm: Bastion of Twilight 10: 2/4
What we are recruiting
We are always on the lookout for exceptional players regardless of class!

Requirements:
Dedication: Maximise your character through all possible in-game character enhancements available. You must also be heavily in touch with your class community, learning from the best around the world and staying ahead of all developments to play to the highest standard.
Activity: You must be able to raid 3-4 times a week.
Desire: You want to be the best you possibly can be, and among those who feel likewise.
Equipment: You need a computer and internet connection capable of performing on raids at the highest level. Low fps or dodgy DC's are not acceptable. You also need access to Teamspeak be able to communicate in English.
Experience: You need to have played this game and it's raiding content at the highest standard.
Character: You need to be strong, determined, loyal and honest. You need to admit your faults, learn from mistakes, and be able to take criticism.
What you get from us
A crew of raiders that are mature and responsible. With this comes respect and friendship; you will not be alone in Phoenix.
Real Progression on hardmode content. We push content down and we do it properly, taking into account every factor and mechanic through pooling our collective resource.
Stable raiding with a management crew capable of running a guild & raid.
