I'm not a fan of your over-sized chat box, so I'd make it half that size (Width only) or a bit bigger and then have Omen and Recount fit in a box that's just as big as the chat box.
Also just scale everything down little bit.

EDIT: I'd also find a nice bar texture and use it on every bar. ^^

Any suggestions on the bar textures? Going to change chat box size + recount and omen as well soon.

Glamour 4 has allways been good and simple looking bar texture

    Other than that,

-disable all but incoming/outgoing stuff on msbt
-Disable showing of buffs on party (only debuffs needed, if even those) [i would pretty much just disable showing of party if your running with grid]
-Disable micro menu + Bagbar from bartender(or wha eva your using) [You can enable them when you need to make ticket or something]
-Move stealth button out from there and put lolrecount and omen next to each other next to your action bars so they look like you have thinked where you put them instead of just throwing em on the screen
-TUNE DOWN your font size on msbt
-Lower chatbox to be in line with action bars (do same with recount/omen). I can promise it will make your UI look cleaner

Hmm.. I personally use a modified version of the Glaze texture. (Or it's possibly Gloss.. Not sure )
In case you need inspiration, I'll post my UI in a bit. ^^

The biggest piece of advice I'd give is to spread out your combat text output areas and tone down the font. Right now MSBT (I'm assuming) is eating up all the real estate in the center of your screen.

Here's my UI for inspiration (Not entirely finished).
Left of Recount, I have Omen and my group/raid frames are between my unit and target frames. (Using Grid for group/raid).

Minimalist is the best texture, by far. Easy to read at a glance, you really shouldn't need anything fancy in your unit frames.

If you're wanting to make it look pretty, the best thing to do is make everything look the same/similar. This would include using 1 or 2 bar textures, fonts, and border styles throughout your UI and sticking to those. It seems like you have done for the most part with the fonts and bar textures, which is good. I'd also try and get the font sizes roughly the same, having them different sizes looks a bit messy.

Also, I would look at having a 'base' colour. This could be used for colouring your boxes and unit frames (maybe the power bar: you don't really need to see what power you're using). Neutral colours like greys, whites and blacks tend to be the best. Try as well to steer away from using default profiles, they tend to be quite ugly and have a lot of 'stuff' that isn't really useful. A few examples: Do you need to see your party frames? You have Grid for that. Do you need to see how many seconds remain on your SBF buff timers? The Wow Layout (or something like that) for your timers shows minutes only and then seconds when the timer goes below 60s. Do you need to show your bag and micromenu bars? Do you need all that text on your unit frames?

As far as layout is concerned, I would scale down quite a bit. Everything is quite big at the moment, taking up a lot of space on the screen. With bar textures, flat or un-glossed textures tend to be the best, as they are the easiest to read.

    Hope this helps

I would also atke a few things off of our action bars, ie cooking jc and chanting stuff... just add a side bar somewhere that appreas when you mouse over

Was wondering if anyone knew what addon it is that has the armor status/gold/mail/fps on it? Looks neat.

The addon is SLDataText, which has then been placed on it's own panel, I'm assuming with kgpanels.

Velran already brought up one of the things I was going to suggest - if you are using Grid, is there really any reason to have your party showing on the left there? It's taking up a lot of unnecessary room. Grid is more than capable of acting as party/raid frames with a bit of tweaking.

Change of font on your scrolling text to match the rest of the UI.
Some attempt to customise your unit frames.
    Reduced width of your chat.
Threat meter visible only in combat, and damage meter only visible out of it, so they can both occupy the same space and are not distracted by unecessary meter watching.

Can also use Titanbar for that information. I have mine setup centered but transperancy of 0 so you dont acutally see the bar.

Hide the minimap buttons, confiq ur Pitbull to show that cool portrait over your characters healthbars, use diff skin in buttonfacade, make ur chatbox smaller and not blue, remove cast bars from pitbull... i think thats it.

Scrolling combat text font matching everything else + smaller font
Get rid of those useless textes from your unit frames ie. "warrior 82 not specified" etc
You don't need party frames + raid frames, you can just take party frames off and use your raidframes on party, saves some space
Match the skins of your buffs + action bars and the skins of your unitframes and recount / DBM etc
Hide some actionbars so they wont be visible unless mouseovered. Again gives more screen space
    Hope these tips help you

    chatbox is huge.

    configure your msbt.

    match various fonts around addons.

    buffs suck in that way.

you don't need both omen and recount opened.

    edit:
you don't need both grid and party frames.

way too much info text on unit frames (most of it is useless)

Ok, So heres just what I would personally choose.
1, make that chat box smaller.
2, Stop using party frames if you are going to be using grid.
3, Set recount to show only after combat, and set omen to only show during combat. Then put them in the spot.
4, Your Micro bar, Bag bar, and bottom bar with mounts / professions. Put that somewhere else, and SET IT TO MOUSE OVER. You should it invisable until you mouse over since you don't use it a lot.
5, Replace Whatever unit frames your using? Pitbull is it? With Shadowed Unit frames since it looks much more smoother and clean cut. If it is Shadowed unit frames, take a quick second and format it to look much more cleaner.
6, Move your 'Target" and "Player" frames apart a bit, and stick your rogue Buffs in between that. (Your SnD)
7, Why do you have your buffs on your 'Player" and up top. Get rid of one of them, or make the Buff frames very small for the one near the minimap.
8, get Omni Cooldown, rogues all about CD's.

It looks like you're using mostly default settings, or only modifying them slightly. Play around with scale, textures, fonts and information displayed. Mess around with -every single option- you find in the configuration. You never know if clicking a checkbox makes something look fantastic lol... I especially don't like how Pitbull looks "out of the box", and feel it needs a lot of customization.

But until you heavily mess with all of the options in all of the addons, you'll end up having a UI that looks like... well, exactly what it is: A bunch of addons minimally configured and put in convenient places. This isn't necessarily a bad thing - it's better than the default UI and it gives you the information you want. But it's not elegant.

After that, fix the clutter by scaling stuff down, and also by putting abilities you have keybound on separate bars, then hiding the bars. Use a cooldown timer to consolidate cooldowns, rather than having to have 50 buttons shown.

This is what I've got so far, but I'm going to be making a few big changes when I get around to it.

You can move a lot of functions off of your bars and other parts of your UI if you use Databroker plug ins and a Databroker display. (personally, I use Stat Block Core for my display, but there are several out there). All your crafting can be put there, including cooldowns and all your alts crafting if you use something like Ara_Broker_Tradeskills (from wowinterface).

Here is my UI so you can see what I mean -
