Skill: You must be an exceptional player. You must be thoroughly versed in all PvE aspects of your class

Attendance: We only recruit full-time raiders. You are expected to maintain near 100% attendance and will rotate with other members.

Attitude: Whatever is more than just a raiding guild, we're also a community. We hang out on vent before and after the raid. We play DotA, do heroics, PvP, and gear/lvl alts together. All recruits must fit into the guild atmosphere as well. Loot motivated players and drama queens need not apply.

Gear/Experience: You must have T10 quality gear, Must know all current content fight wise, previous raid expierence whether Pre BC, BC, or Earlier WOTLK is a bonus.
