Weapon question for my rogue (lvl 40)

I have a quick question:

Is it worth to change my Glutton's Cleaver x2 to some lower dps daggers with + agi and go mutilate spec?

Also I just got dual spec but I have combat as MS, what should be my OS?

Just keep leveling, you'll be replacing gear so quickly it won't matter.
