    Then what about DKs "On A Pale Horse" and Paladins "Crusader Aura"? Do they work the same? Or does Pathfinding give a shitloads more then their speed increase when you're using a flying mount?

    They work the same. Assuming you have the 310% skill, your speed is 410% of normal, so 410%*1.2=492, so you're essentially on a "392% mount" (to keep in terms everyone knows).

    If you're on a ground mount, you're traveling at 200% of normal speed (an increase of 100%), so Hunter's pathfinding gives you 200%*1.1=220, so a "120% mount." Paladin/DK would get 200%*1.2=240, so a "140% mount."
