It's like if I said "my cars engine is really powerful when it comes to shit like racing" I'm not saying there is a list of things "like racing" I'm using as one single comparison of things it is like, but also leaving it open to be other things it is powerful at such as maybe making it up a hill or pulling a trailer.

In this case he is saying one thing flight form is OP at is gathering, how ever there may be other things, such as pvp when they can shadowmeld-flight form away.
