Anyone knows if I need to know shit about Gundam before I start watching Gundam Unicorn?

Yeah, unfortunately I have to agree with bals on watching UC as a whole before treading into Unicorn, for the full value deal. However, Unicorn can be watched on its own and is still very good... but, it's essentially the tail end/book-end of the entire UC history of Gundam. It's a top-tier finisher for everything relating to the UC timeline as a whole.

Also, Happy Kwanzaa, all ye of pleb taste that frequent this thread.

Kind of funny that Tsun managed to get banned shitting it up as usual. Rest In Pleb.

I knew some random magic was just going to fix everything, something like figuring out a way to recreate the book, but I can't be too angry. It needed to happen, though I would have been fine with him becoming a shepherd and everyone else having a happy ending, but it was too much to hope for a bittersweet ending, that rarely happens. With what did happen though it was probably the best they could do to end it.

Ooh, so the younger sister is probably going to become a shepherd.

Okay the pillows appearing on the chairs was a really really cool scene.

Hahaha so good.

That was actually a really well done ending. Brought it up to an 8/10 for me, though with a few changes it could have been a 9/10. Definitely a well done school harem, with a deeper story behind it, and a great ending. Definitely one of my more favorite of the season/year.
