not familiar with the LN but the first 2 episodes have been good. not really great though will need a few more episodes for the story to actually get going to see if it's really any good. has some nice animation and comical parts so far though. The whole first part of the 2nd episode probably requires a good amount of japanese knowledge to actually understand the jokes

Alright I might give it a shot then, well it's understandable why you aren't familiar with the LN as it hasn't been translated at all. Vol 8 of the Ln just got released recently. Granted if the anime does what I think it might next episode lots of people are going to be mad. That is unless trigger does anime original.
