Is it more or nostalgia making this look very good.

Noctis' English VA is so bad it's like they used one of those porn dubbing companies to do his voice over.
Also 2 edgy for my taste
Also ya I posted it earlier but this doesn't have french subs.

Was laughing a lot with that, the moment he closed it was just too good
Lots of plot here
I don't know which part is cuter
Yeah the half chapter was way feels filled
Apparently so.
I guess I just don't see how someone would pretty much enjoy everything that comes out. The shows that often fall on what I'd guess would be best described as the narrow spectrum I enjoy, aside, I feel like most people would have a similar spectrum that represented their preferred shows, albeit broader in scope. Just not so broad that it encompasses nearly everything.
Eh, they may have reasons as to why they act the way they do, but that doesn't change the fact I don't like their characters.

Well I finished akame ga kill.
I think it get somewhere around a 7/10 for a score. Pre anime original stuff I think it was cruising at around an 8 or so, but the last bit just felt a little off. The action and what not was still all quite good, but it felt like they were just trying to kill characters off at that point..
I'm not overly fond of shows that go around killing characters that you've grown to like every few episodes. It's alright if their death serves some purpose like Kamina's death in TTGL, but when it's just every few episodes someone that is pretty much a main character gets wrecked, it gets kinda old. It is nice to see that characters are mortal and aren't going to just plot armor their way through everything, but there should be some compromise between the two.
The fight scenes were quite good though. The show is about people killing people, so it is good that the bits about people killing people were animated well and were interesting. The fights didn't drag on past where they needed to, people didn't charge their spirit bombs for several episodes, and they weren't too short either. Akame is guilty of butchering some of the not as important villains in a few seconds, but when there was another Imperial Arms user, you go to see their moves and what not. The Imperial Arms felt pretty good to me. They were interesting weapons that didn't make the user instantly godlike, but they were definitely on a different level once they had them. None of them seemed super OP except for Esdeath's and the Emperor's. Esdeath could freeze time which seems a bit too powerful, and well the Emperor had a Gundamn so that was kind of unfair. I'm not a big fan of a lot of gore in shows, but I'm even less of a fan of censorship, so I'm glad that it wasn't censored. A few parts seemed a bit blacked out to me, so I wouldn't be surprised if the BDs are a bit more liberal in their blood.
The romance was alright. It started off pretty cheesy with kinda cliched tsundere baka I don't love you, but when Mine realized she was going to die they did actually have a bit of a touching moment. I never really got into the esdeath tatsumi ship, but I think it was ok. Esdeath was a lot more likeable than I thought she was going to be, but she was still completely insane. The focus of the anime definitely wasn't the romance, but the romance didn't feel tacked on just to be there. It definitely could have developed a bit more, but it was alright. Mine kinda grew on me too.
I was a bit surprised that tatsumi actually died before the last episode. I thought Incursio was going to be his plot armor and he was at least going to make it to the final episode and fight esdeath again. I was pretty sure that Najenda, tatsumi, akame, esdeath, and mine were going to make it to the last episode, but then it would be all bets off on who was actually going to live.
Akame not dying to her sword was strange. I'm not exactly sure what she did, but it gave her super powers and they didn't really explain it at all. Leone's death at the end felt completely unnecessary too. I was a bit sad that they killed her, but it felt a little too dramatic. We won, yay! Ok, lets kill Leone then have her die in an alley somewhere..
I don't think I'd watch it again unless someone wanted me to watch it with them, but I did enjoy the first run through. The action was solid, and really that's what I was here for. The romance was alright, and the overal plot was decent. Didn't really stand out as amazing, but it was definitely solid. I might read the manga 'cause I'm kind of curious as to what happened in the manga after the anime went anime original, but I dunno.
Hm i wonder how many deadly sins episodes are left this year.
It ended at the most interesting part.
Don't sweat the details!!!
