Cata world event vs Wrath

I think that this world event is a tad bit too soft and its not even fun...at all sure we did the same thing as Wrath kill a couple undead collect a few well fare epics, but honestly the plague event was EPIC i dont know why people QQ'd all over the forums about it! it was honestly entertaining.

Doesn't look like it'll top all the tears that were spilled over the whole Zombie event thingy. The Deathwing nukes could be fun, though
I've also held on to my Haunted Memento like a precious artifact ever since I got it, this year needs more vanity items.

The plague was fun, but honestly, I'm getting into this more. If the zombies had stayed how they were from the beginning (basically, unkillable), it would've won in my mind. Even so, I'll take 251s for some of the hard to fill slots on my alts over the questionably more fun Wrath event...

I liked the zombie plague better, but the phase 4 events in SW/IF and Org/TB that started today are pretty badass too. Plus Deathwing blowing things up after the Shattering.

They need to buff the elementals, like they did with the plague. There needs to be a risk of death / city being overwhelmed.


Plus, the plague was literally a blast. Some of us divided into 2 teams trying to infect/kill the others. No such fun with this event.

The zombie event was more fun, imo. I'll always remember forming zombie raids to attack ally cities, running into an ally zombie raid, discovering we could speak to each other, then running train on org together. So much fun. So many tears. The whole elemental thing has been kinda neat, mainly on how long its taken to drag out, but nothing will ever beat the zombie raid. Nothing.

Although I do like the cataclysm event, I did enjoy the Wrath one more.

Infecting people was just so much more fun than mindlessly spamming elementals!

This event is nice but it doesn't have the huge possibilities that the Wrath one did.
That said, there isn't really any way they could have made a similar event and it would have been a major cop out just to do the same thing again, so I am glad they are trying something different.

I'm inclined to say Cata, but honestly nothing compares to me and a friend (on an RP server) taking over the entire Undercity and converting about 70% of the NPCs into zombies, all while doing weird zombie RP.
