Can't find the enemies back huh? I got some real fun for you, try to backstab the LK when he is under 10% and starts spinning around in circles, haha!

His back doesn't move =P.
Face toward the outer edge and be rewarded.

As for my solution, I turn off nameplates and use something like gladius. No need to watch health above someone's head when I can see a neatly ordered list of healths/trinkets/other useful information. If you're worried about BGs, zoom in a tad more, chances are changing your zoom won't change too much on battles of that scale.

Bad example, try it as feral when bosses turn arround casting stuff ALL THE TIME
