TukUI (Dajova) Help

I am currently using Dajova's version of TukUI and I'd like to be able to just keep the grid like raid frames and get rid of everything else (going to post a SS to make it clearer). I was wondering if someone can show me how. I Have done the /uf but this only lets me move it around.

EDIT: Actually, now that I am looking at it. If I could just get help having the Party frames showing up at the right time, and the Raid frames showing up at the right time, that would be perfect. I'm still not sure what the silver frames are.
