    Cataclysm on ptr!

    As the title says, you can now enter patch 4.0.3a in the PTR wich includes the cataclysm changes.

    Note that:
    -No worgen or goblin playable
    -No flying in azeroth at the moment
    -No new zones

    There is already a thread about this.

    And your thread title is also inaccurate, Cataclysm is not on the PTR, it is The Shattering which is on the PTR.
