I need some clarification on how to obtain this mount. According to Wowhead you need Dungeon Diplomat. But according to the comments you just need guild lvl 25. plz and thank you.

It's also pretty expensive. I don't remember exactly but it's in the realm of thousands of gold.

Because if you only need the rep to buy it then you can get that on one character and have him buy it for the rest of your characters.
