Glyph of Deep Freeze

I just wanted to ask about that glyph because on live it increase the damage done by frostbolt on targets affected with deep freeze and here on mmo champion it says that increase overall damage of deep freeze by 20% which is totally awesome so I just wanted to ask is that 20% damage buff to deep freeze will be added or is it no longer valid ? In 4.0.1 it is not a good PvE glyph since frost mages only use DF on targets immune to the deep freeze effect.
In 4.0.3 and into cataclysm however, the glyph is changing to become a 20% increase to DF's damage making it a very strong option.

Ok I checked on ptr on patch 4.0.3 a is 20% increase damage but on patch 4.0.3 with is on live is still 20% more damage against frozen targets . Probably will changed next week with the new patch
