What will happen to the flight paths we collected in the old world when 4.0.3a hits?
Will we have to run all over the world and grab them just like every level 1?
Will they transfer over to the new locations like item IDs did in 4.0.1?

Most flight paths will remain; enough to get you around the world. If you Gotta Catch 'Em All, though, there's lots of new ones to grab.

i assume they would transfer over, like how a DK knows every flightpath for 1-60 when u make it.

Yah, but when new flight paths come out DKs still have to get them on their own, like the ones at the Bulwark and Thondroril River in Western Plaguelands when 3.3 came out.
