Dualspec at level 30 come cata?

So, I've heard some rumours that you can buy dualspec at level 30 come 4.0.3a, but when I searched for confirmation, I wasn't able to find any bluepost.

So, is it true or not?

I think I've heard that one too. Not 100% but I believe it is fact

As far as I know it's still lvl 40, but costs only 100 gold. But it's like that on live at the moment as well.

On the PTR dual spec could be trained at level 30 and cost 10g.

Now I feel bad for buying it at 1000g.....

The probably won't nerf it more than it already've been. The nerfed the cost to 100g in 4.0.1 and most likely won't be nerfin' it more.
Anyhow, you never know about blizzard ;p

If it's on the PTR then it is probably true, however things can always change.

On the beta it was level 30 and 100g. I am fairly sure the "10g" is a typo.

When I purchased it on the PTR I had 22g, so either blizzard have entered the wrong number into the coding or they just forgot to tell us about it
