Ok so with 4.3 it's going FoS, does this mean it will be unobtainable for the 2 weeks we still have left at level80?
Would a group of very dedicated players be able to turn XP off at 80 and still get it post cata launch?
Or is it gone for all time?

If you have completed it, you get to keep it. However if you haven't then you have lost your chance forever. I'm glad I finished it in time. It's one of the coolest titles in the game. It will be awesome to have when the Titans return to Azeroth

But love it that I got it a week ago. But don't be sad, I think they will make a similiar achievement in Cataclysm

I've been checking friends armory etc. for past few minutes (they updated it) none of those went Feat of Strenght as they were supposed to (Blue post) So this means they are still doable?

Sorry but I think you are wrong. The change in the achievement discription is as follows:

'Defeat Algalon the Observer in 10-player mode at level 80 without anyone in the raid wearing any equipment with an item level higher than is available in 10-player Ulduar.'

Not just going by the achievement discription, a player on wowhead has claimed to have got this post shattering, around 6 hours ago infact. I have checked his armory and his activity feed confirms this.

I'm sorry, I've just wanted to do it like that for a while.

What I'm basically saying; It will most likely always be available, but you need to be lvl 80 to achieve it, so once you lvl past 80 you are no longer eligible to get this title.

Even if you are level 80 and kill Algalon with 219 and gear from Ulduar hardmodes, you still will not get the achivement.

They did it around 11ish EST i think, that's when I saw their thread on the official forums and went looking on armory and saw the time they received it, and it was after .3a

No, You just have to be 80 in the appropriate gear.
