seal of insight mana restore?

I remember reading that paladins would receive 15% base mana from judging with seal of insight active. However, I browsed through the paladin changes but did not see that listed as a change in the coming patch. Did they decide to remove this change or was it hotfixed and I was just unaware? please forums, help me out!

I didn't see the change mentioned either, was wondering the same thing.

*Yeah, it's there in the tooltip for Seal of Insight.
