I just logged on my horde character and I was able to do the cooking daily (needed to get some cactus fruits). But I can't do the fishing daily, I have 450 fishing and I'm level 80, is there a pre-quest or it's just NYI?

Yes, have been able to find both cooking and fishing on my ally, but can't seem to find the fishing daily in org. Anyone have a location for the quest giver?
