He's going to say what everyone has told me who doesn't like the HAF cases....
"It's ugggglyyyyyyy waaaa"
Seriously, I think the HAF cases look monstrous and mean. I don't care if they look "slick" or "hip" or not, I want them to tell people who will never see them that I mean business! >:O
As a great philosopher once said.... "beauty, is in the eyes of the beholder."
here's the first one cockpit that was built...extremely crappy:

fair enough. thanks.
it wasn't expensive to build at all, just bought drainage pipes at a local home depot, some wood that we cut to appropriate size, and obviously nuts n bolts. The chair itself is from my brothers mazdaspeed 3 which he uses to race but doesn't use for street driving (legally, you need a passenger seat, but for the types of races he doesn't, it's legal to have a missing seat. Take out seat to balance the car's weight, etc etc.)

Thanks! Although I do have to give the case most of the credit for the cable management. One of these days I am going to get around to sleeving everything, its just so time consuming.
Oh, and please excuse the tangle of cables behind the desk. Waiting until I get a new desk before I tackle THAT cable management.

Pretty happy with the PC so far Might upload a pic of my superbad building skills (it was my first PC build ever)
Dell 2209WA actually.
Rest of the rig is in my comment, i'll pull the PC out and take some shots of it in a few :-)
Actually no -- I generally do not notice it during combat. Honestly I enjoy it a lot more than landscape with all 3 as WOW stretches it all out and doesn't look so good -- as well as in Portrait mode things are larger and crisper. Never really annoyed me tbh
Also bear in mind that for nvidia surround to work you have to use 3 monitors of the same resolution.
