Right, the off-topic. It's got to stop.
Commenting others builds is a good thing. Getting sidetracked is not.

Probably not, but if I ever do it's already there :P I had the money to spend so I figured why not.

Eh, I'm happy with what I have, overkill or not. Plus with it being the first one I built completely by myself just makes it that much better. I'm sure I'll upgrade to a 7970 after they've been out for a little bit.

My best friend bought that laptop, while it's pretty big in size, it's pretty damn powerful. Great buy for the price too.

He probably bought it for the Lamborghini brand, if he did then it isn't a waste.

It looks like a sweet sweet laptop, I wish I got that instead of my crappy N53SN

oh jeeze.... glorified laptop. -.- Ooooh it's painted with a glossy finish and has a Lamborghini logo. You could just do that after you get the initial normal laptop if you really must have it.

    New cable management from Deltrus!

Worked for about 4 hours on this, think it's pretty decent. Also, you might want to up your contrast to see the darker pictures, sorry my camera is getting old and often likes to just shut off if I try to use the flash. =/

oh and the first 3 images are from my hassle with a bad screw in a dead stand-off that I was trying to get off using some plyers to hold it... my Dad was like, no son, and gave me this so heavy duty thing he latched onto the stand-off and it stopped going with the screw instantly. But yeah all that gold crap in my computer chassis is literally, stand-off shavings... lol =/ I was throwing a fit at that point, pissed as all hell. I hate the quality screws/stand-offs these companies give u!

Here's a link to the full album: http://imgur.com/a/3sOoV

Here's some tip top pictures from it:

I got to say, Deltrus, that cooler looks great trough the side window with the red fans and all. And night blue paint would definitely work with that ! Overall it's extremelly clean looking now, apart from that SSD sticker which kind of makes it look trashy but..

What exactly is wrong with the OCZ SSD's? Customer reviews I have seen on the Vertex 3 are nothing but positive, with only a few truly unhappy with them. I think for price per GB though, they are not the best choice. You can get a Corsair Force 3 120GB for 90 dollars less then the Vertex 3 120GB and they have the same read and write speeds in SATA III.

Looks like they are pretty close in price to me :< Corsair Force 3 vs. OCZ Vertex 3.
It's not just OCZ SSD's though but Sandforce Controller in general. It's quite clear if you look at the numbers that they have higher failure rates compared to other controllers. It's just that the speed is so competitive.

Yeah, I just realized that the Max IOPS version is 269, the regular is 25 dollars more then the Force 3

From what I could tell, OCZ put out great ones to start to get the good reviews and good numbers, then they started building them like crap. From what I've read it seems to be a pretty common thing with them.
