I didn't even think to look until today, but I don't have the FOS for completing the AQ scepter quest despite the fact I completed this chain months ago. (In fact, I still have the scepter in my bank, as well as the reward weapon.)
Does anyone currently have the FOS for this? Should I petition Blizz about it?

I did it on 2 characters and neither have received the FoS
