Fps problems

since the patch happened my fps have droped from 60 to 30 im not sure if its my video card or my processor

my video card is a navidea gts 250

and my processor is Amd anthlon duel core 2.7 ghz if anyone could shed some light on my problem i would be very thankful

i'm not sure, but i'll bump for you. and out of my own advice, don't use those addons that have the animated portraits, seriously, what a waste of fps. (and if it actually doesn't drop fps, anyone who is reading this has permission to laugh at me)

ok, lets see if this helps

1: Download Driver Cleaner Pro
2: Download the latest nVidia Drivers
3: Follow the instructions on Driver Cleaner Pro Readme file, which will help you to remove the old and install the new drivers
4: Go to nVidia control panel and change this (It will be in "Adaptive", change to "prefere maximum performance".)
