Must have been tired to miss out on that quest in the checklist
I've noticed a few strange things, like items with their file names instead of what they are in game(chairs on the barge in Thousand Needles). I even found bad grammar in some quest text, but it amazes me that they let this quest in still in it's placeholder state.
in SW there's a mailbox called humaninteract_4000 , or something similar :P
