Levelling professions from 425?

Hi there, I am sure this has been answered before, but I cant seem to find it.

Can we level primary professions from 425 as in previous expansions?

The reason I ask is because I was looking at the professions pages on the main site (eg http://www.mmo-champion.com/content/...hing-Cataclysm ) And there is a column called 'Lvl', and it starts at 450. I am unsure what this means, does it go grey at 450? we learn it at 450? etc etc

Would like a little clarification as most of my alts are currently at 425

[edit] I see in the tailoring list, you need 435 to get bolt ( http://www.mmo-champion.com/content/...ring-Cataclysm ) This seems a strange number, to start at, so im guessing it goes grey at 435?

It means once you learn illustrious, you can start leveling towards 535 from 435 by crfafting nets which will go grey around 445 ish and by then you can do embersilk bolts and so on.

435 --> cata mats work.

You can always check wowhead for details on the items:

Bolts of Embersilk are "orange" at 425... "green" at 445.. "grey" at 450
