Goblin / Worgen Race change on Dec 7?

Someone was telling me you could do a paid race change to Goblin / Worgen on Dec 7th once the Cata release servers are live? Any truth to this?

And I don't understand the whole blizzard is bad for wanting to make money. They're a business, they provide a optional service for their product to change race.
If anything you should be upset that they wouldn't offer the service right away.

They changed the realm first so there's literally no reason it can affect others.
I love that they offer these type of optional services. They charge for the shortcut of not having to relevel a toon of that race class combo.
Making money off a product people want is not a bad thing, even if your college prof or hippie friends have been saying it is.
