Now im not sure if this has been asked yet, but is there any information about the new Darkmoon Card of Destruction. Stats? Is it going to be monthly like the other cards if Greatness???

Darkmoon Card: Hurricane
Darkmoon Card: Hurricane
Darkmoon Card: Tsunami
Darkmoon Card: Earthquake
Darkmoon Card: Volcano

cant you turn in these at any point? you dont have to wait until the faire to turn it them in from what i understand. i recall a NPC appearing once you right click the deck.
