JC daily location

I have 3 JCs and in trying to prepare for the upcoming week I was wondering if any of you who were in BETA knew where the JC daily quest giver was. Also, does anyone know a site I can go to that has the full list of the buyable, not trainable, patterns and how much they cost. I googled like mad, but I'm probably just an idiot.
