best Profession combo for Cata?

ok so im a belf pally and i currently have enchanting and jewel craft for my professions, niether are maxed out yet. i was wondering which would be the best combo for, out of Alchemey, Enchantin, and Jewelcrafting. i want to drop enchanting because of the vial of sands and the lifebound alch stone, but im just not sure. Opinions?

I think with Enchanting you'd probably make more money, but the vial and the stone are very tempting.
