I've been trying to download the latest patch, but my downloader keeps getting stuck at the same spot:

I'm running the launcher as the administrator, but I can't think of what else to do. I've never had a problem like this with any other patch. Any ideas?

What do you mean by "stuck"? Like, it won't download? Or it won't install? And is that the point where it stops (before finishing the red section)?

Yes, it just stops at that section. The download rate stays high, like it is downloading, but last night I left it up for a good two hours, and it never went any further.

This worked fine for me, I advise you all try it too. No screen telling me there was a patch to download, no crashing, nothing out of the ordinary.
