Guildies of mine are saying that when cataclysm goes live on Tuesday, that they will have one and a half levels worth of rested xp.
I dont remember this been the case when wolk went live, infact from a screenshot I looked back at from night one, I saw i had only 1 bar.
Is this because at that time , that toon has recently , only 2 weeks before dinged 70.
Will long time level 80s be getting this massive amount of rested xp come Tuesday?

Blues already answered that everyone at 80 will start with 0 rested.

Believe blizzard said that rested exp would be reset for cataclysm.

Rested experience will be reset at the launch of Cataclysm.

As with the release of TBC and Wrath, all rested xp will be wiped for everybody.

There was a blue post awhile back saying rest xp will be reset on Tuesday.
Edit: Gah, not a post when I first started to write this and like five since.
