Atlas Loot bug

Has anyone else been having an issue with what I must assume is Atlas loot where, upon randomly scrolling your mouse across your screen, random item stat windows pop up, and randomly start to alternate to other items? Without the Atlas Loot window open that is. Just your plain normal screen. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue (besides the obvious "turn off the addon") please do tell

I had to remove Atlas Loot because it was crashing my WoW everytime.
