    So when did YOU start playing World of Warcraft?

    I started in vanilla, great times, although there was hella lot of bugs and unbalanced classes (rogues were 100% sure to own everyone in BG's, same goes for palas)

    I beta tested the game for a bit, but didn't really start playing til about 6 months after vanilla was officially released.

    Started about 5 months after release in Vanilla. Been playing ever since. Only got to max-level in Wrath though (on purpose). I didn't like the end-game flame wars. Feel better about it now, that's why Cata is the first x-pac that i'm really looking forward to.

    Started on offical servers early TBC.

    I have always ignored MMOs untill I stopped playing esports in 2009. At that time Warhammer was released which I tried but got bored of it quite quickly. Then I tried out WoW in November 2009 (wotlk), loved it and still love it.
