WotLK.
Wishing it would have been sooner but I was a "WoW hater" and said I would never, ever play the game.
And, here I am.
On and off on my paladin in late Burning Crusade, began playing actively when Wrath of the Lich King hit.
June 2007, I think.
December 26th, 2007
When in doubt, assume you rolled a natural 1.
Started in Wrath, two weeks before Ulduar came out.
Vanilla, couple weeks after release.
Played my lock, first char I ever made, as main till 3.0 hit, didn't like the changes then, so I bounced around some chars, warrior, hunter, priest, before finally settling with my shaman, which will probably be my main for the rest of my WoW-playing days.

I started playing at 7th of November 2006, at the dawn of Vanilla, a few months before TBC released.
Made a Rogue and walked all the way up to 40lvl(no mount till 40 then)...
February 2006.
When I thought you could save the game and load it if you made a mistake or w/e. Common sense hitted me after a few hours of playing (fortunately).
US launch, Vanilla. I have taken a few breaks, though. Mainly played non-stop until the Sunwell Plateau came out. Took 2 years off and came back 3 months ago to be ready for Cataclysm.
Of lips of splendor and tongues of deceit
I started like 1 year after the game came out. I was a horrible player back then lol
I started playing back in Vanilla, but loved TBC the best. For all the people who think Vanilla was the best, you are wrong.
Played in Beta
Rolled first live char on Launch day.
Been a TON 'O' FUN ever since
just before 2.3, i remember that i was questing in outland when 2.3 hit, and when i read the patch notes i started to semi nerdrage coz i just finished questing from 1-60 and then they made 1-60 a lot easier
I started a few months after WotLK came out. Played warhammer online for must have been 2 days before I started wow.
Now my girlfriend and I both play. =D
