Faction/Race change question

Now, when you log into a server you are shown any toons you have on that server, or don't have. If you have few that means it now shows you a list of toons on that server, but if your toon is at the top of that list when you race or faction change.....does it go to the bottom of the list?

like when you create a new toon it appears at the bottom, cause technically that is what you are doing with a race or faction change right?

well if your asking if your toon goes to the bottom then yes for example my brother has a pally alliance that is his first toon so its at the top of the list and a hunter horde thats second to the pally so he decided to make the pally horde after he did the faction change the pally went to the bottom of the list making it look like that toon came after the hunter. hope that answers your question

it will go to the bottom belive me ive done it with 3 toons on my own account my brother did it with 1 on his account and my girlfriend did it with 2 of her toons so it will go to the bottom

Faction change, I don't know about, I've never done it. But I can tell you for sure that race changing DOES NOT move your character to the bottom of your list. I race changed my Shaman from a Draenei to a Dwarf, and her position in the list did not change at all. The same goes for when I race changed my Paladin from a Draenei to a Human.

I don't know why it would for you and not for me. Bug, perhaps?

EDIT: Actually you're probably right about faction change. It definitely doesn't for race change.

I can confirm your toon will go to the bottom of the list, I faction changed my priest and she went to the bottom

mine changed to the bottom of my list it was my main it was horde and i switch it to alliance to help some friends and now he is in the bottom of my list

ok to set the record straight if you change your race like if ur a human warrior and change it to a night elf warrior your toon stays on the same spot but if you change your faction like if you have a human warrior and change it to a tauren warrior then the toon will go to the bottom
