At arenas you cant spam shadow bolt or haunt to stack 3 times because rogues, warriors, mages, etc will counteryou a lot.

No. My Haunt is like a 1.1 second cast with my haste. You don't ever cast Shadow Bolt because of the reasons you said but when shadow trance procs thats another stack.

There is what you're Affliction Tree should look like. Death's Embrace, SoC, and, Pandemic. There is really nothing else worth to take at that point and its still a possible damage increase.
