Is there a way to remove an inactive GM from a guild

As the title says is there a way to remove a GM froma guild (in this case a shared alt guild bank) i know the person has quit the game they wotn coem online to ffix the guild bank i talked to em a few tiems ( real life friend) he quit when he was hacked after getting all our stuff back but when he got hacked i tryd pulling all i coudl from our bank to stop the hacker and he locked me out of the bank now i can't get to my materials i stored in there? so is there anything i can do or do i have to just suck up and deal????

You can open a Game Master ticket if the Guild Master has been offline for around a month. The Game Master will then pass on the Guild Master to the highest ranked active player.
