Only comment I would make is that it *does* matter where you start Hujall vs. Vash'jir.

If you are a tank, you should start in Vash'jir since your shoulder enchant comes from the Earthen Ring which I beleive have quests in Vash'jir.
If you are a healer, caster you should start in Hyjall since the Guardians of Hyjall sell the caster/healer shoulder enchant.
