Can anyone confirm if training the Illustrious Grand Master rank of cooking is only doable in Orgrimmar or will any cooking trainer be able to train this rank? Since I'll be turning in 20+ quests in Icecrown and there happens to be a cooking trainer at the Argent Tournament Grounds, I am wondering this so I could possibly avoid lag from the overpopulated Orgrimmar that will no doubt happen. I checked Wowhead, but it is still showing Grand Master as the highest rank available from any cooking trainer.
