I asked this in the professions tab and got no answer, I wanna find out if there are profession masters in the new starting areas? Or do i have to do all that at SW or whereever

All of the trainers in Stormwind and Orgrimmar (and presumably the other capitals) can train the new skill levels.

Stormwind or Orgrimmar is your best bet especially if you're an 80. All in one spot and then you get the quests/ports to the new quest areas.
