why did blizzard only make 1 Conch shell to collect, besides the alliance one?

I think on blackrock, it looked as crowded as the flight master in orgrimmar the minute it went live for roughly about 2 hours. I only managed to get it by chance. it was so crowded that there were people on local chat spaming "wts location of cotch shell - 100g"

Sombody tell me why there was only 1 quest item for the whole zone again?....

I remember there being like three or four scattered around the Horde boat on beta, but with so many people there I'm not surprised if you don't see them.

Conch Shell you mean ? it doesn't despawn after someone loots it

I remember there being like 14 but there also weren't a lot of people around.
