blacksmithing 515+ Patterns

Im stuck at 515, if anyone knows how to, or where to get any patterns for above this, at this time (dec 8, 2010) <- so no one trolls lol you are dumb in like 2012

You need to be 84 and "unlock" Twilight's Highland in order to buy the new plan. Just have to do the entry quest and rebuild the town ( for alliance ). Then you buy recipes with bars ( 20 elementium or 2 hardened elementium or 5 pyrium).

horde you just have to retake the town, its more like 5 quests but goes quick

Where is the NPC that sells them?

The npc has <Metal Trader> under his name.

for horde the metal trade is next to the harbor and forge place (kinda sad wowhead isn't uppdated with this info yet)
